Q: Do you offer all types of water heaters?
A: No. We offer only hot water tank rentals for 40-gallon and 6-gallon electric hot water heaters. We do not offer rentals for gas or tankless hot water heaters.
Costs and Payments
Q: How much does the contract cost and do rental fees increase over time?
A: The price depends on the size of your tank (40 or 60 gallons), and your monthly rental fee is provided upfront in your initial quote.
We work hard to manage costs through operational efficiencies, helping keep our prices competitive and fair. However, rising costs for materials, labour, and equipment sometimes require us to review and adjust rental fees. If any changes occur, we always notify our customers in advance, so you’ll know exactly how your rate may be affected while continuing to receive reliable, high-quality service.
Q: Are there any hidden costs associated with installing a hot water tank?
A: Our monthly rental fee covers the installation of your hot water tank, so there are no surprise charges for standard setups.
For homes with a tank installed prior to 2012, you may need a thermostatic mixing valve (also called an anti-scald valve) to help reduce the risk of scalding. While the rental fee does not include the installation of this valve, our installation contractor can provide you with a quote if you do not currently have one in your system.
Q: Are parts and labour included?
A: Yes. Both parts and labour are included for covered repairs and maintenance during the contract term.
Q: Can I cancel my contract?
A: Yes, you can cancel your contract at any time. Please note that if you choose to terminate the contract before the 8-year minimum term, a buyout fee for the tank will apply.

A: The contract covers normal wear and tear on your water heater. However, if the equipment is damaged or destroyed due to any act or negligence on the customer’s part, the customer may be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
